SCHEDULING OF SERVICES:

Services will be performed according to the routing areas that are already esyablished and most beneficial for PPM. Schedules may change due to rain or inclement weather, equipment or vehicle breakdown or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We will make every possible effort to keep our clients on the same schedule or catch up if we fall behind. Mowing services are based on a weekly or bi-weekly schedule. Services requested longer than every two weeks will be charged the appropriate fees based on the recorded time on the schedule sheet. We require a minimum of 24 hrs notice to alter, postpone or add something additional to your service visit. Please give more notice prior to major holidays etc.

Services INVOICING:

PPM Lawn Care invoices will be mailed/e-mailed on or around the 20th of each month. Invoices will be due by the 10th of the following month. On the 11th of the month, a friendly overdue balance reminder will be sent. If payment has not been received within 7 days of the reminder notice (28 days since invoice), PPM will consider an interruption of all service until full payment is made. All payments can be made online via PayPal using your PayPal account, Visa, Master Card and any other major credit cards. Checks can also be written out to Professional Property Maintenance P. O. Box 61672 ft Myers, fl 33906. Returned/bounced checks have a $25.00 fee.

General information:

PPM shall be responsible for keeping all lawns and shrubbery in “first class” condition within the limits of the contracted scope. A designated representative of the property, association, or managing agent together with PPM shall determine the meaning and the scope of the term “first class” condition.
 
PPM shall provide all required labor, necessary equipment and licenses to complete all tasks. PPM shall assume responsibility for any damages to buildings, ground lighting, watering systems, vehicles or plantings caused by himself, his employees or his equipment. Any repairs or extra work necessary due to hurricanes, floods or other acts of God shall not be covered in this contract.
 
PPM holds the right to have thirty (30) days written notice to correct any problems before contract may be terminated. Upon that time if not satisfied, service may be cancelled with an additional thirty (30) days notice. Client will be responsible for all court and lawyers fees if incidents reach that extreme.
